All sales made on our site are final. Due to the nature of our products (print magazines), no refunds or exchanges will be issued once a purchase has been completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing and shipping your magazines. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lezspreadtheword.com with the details and, if possible, photos of the item received.

After reviewing your request:

  • We may send you a replacement at no additional cost.
  • No refunds will be provided, even in these exceptional cases.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Print magazines, whether opened or unopened.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
